   It's extremely unlikely you'll find a card with 0% cash advance. In fact, on most cards, a cash advance begins accruing interest immediately…

   There is no such animal, there are some cards that will do 0% for xfers, cash advances you pay for period

   You might find a 0% transfer but there will be fees. No free lunch from credit cards.
