Well, it might work if you were prepared to leave the country OR spend the rest of your life a) paying off debts or b) in jail.
If you have any interest in being able to live a fruitful life in the US… then no… that's a horrible idea. The credit companies don't take kindly to people who deliberately drive themselves into uncontrollable debt.
When that happens you tend to see a lot of heart disease, hair loss, suicide, divorce, drug abuse, etc.
Roulette has the worst odds in Vegas. You will lose and still owe money to the credit company.
Get a better plan.

Even if you double up the 99% they charge you on the advance will barely be worth it, and thats IF YOU WIN.
